Guilty Pleasures, Good For The Soul

I sing in the shower out loud. My voice is not that great though the shower head does not care if I sing off key, it will not mock me if I stumble over a line or three. In the shower I am free to sing as mediocre as I please.

I will dance when I am alone since the chair and tables will not  judge or say "Who does she think she is?". When I dance alone I can truly express my soul through dance.

I love cheesy TV shows, chick flicks, I find them good for the soul. They may have unrealistic endings, but they help when you think the world is going to hell in the proverbial hand basket.

Social Media (it is more of a guilty addiction)

I brought these posts out of the vault in celebration of hubby and I being a couple for 5 blessed years! How We Met On May,4th,2006 there was a 20% off Mother's Day event in the store that I work and a few days prior (one day before I was scheduled to move into my current residence) my boss had me hand out flyers to all the stores. On my venture to hand out the flyers I came upon a kiosk in the mall that does printer cartridge refills and I handed the flyer to Jason (the manager). So Sweet You'll Want To Vomit,Deal With It..lol...

J and I have been told by others that we are that couple that are so sweet it makes them want to vomit and that is alright by me, in fact I am proud of it. Not only do I have the best man ever but he saved my life. During the accident I was unconscious and he held my head above water while he had a freshly broken collar bone. J and I had to experience the horrific what if one of us had died that day *shudders* and that only further solidified our boundless love. Here I sit approximately three and a half years after "J" and I got together with less than a year to our wedding day and I am head over heels. I never knew that I could give my whole heart to someone and have it handled with such care. It is wonderful not to have to protect a piece of my heart at all times! Every day he makes me laugh, he spoils me in little ways and he compliments me all the time! At times I wonder how did I ever get so lucky?
