Lately I have been wondering why today more so than ever before I can not seem to remember the names of people I meet or the names of characters on television shows I watch frequently .After discussing this with my fiancé we have com to the conclusion that it is because as a society we rarely use the names of people we meet after we are introduced to them if we use them at all.It is amazing the affect not properly greeting people can have on the ability to remember names. Given that we have gotten out of the habit of using a person's name has spilled over into television.We will start to watch a show but the names of the characters are not used as much as they were years ago.If you were to watch an episode of " The Cosby Show " or " Roseanne " you would hear the character names in virtually every episode though today that only happens on select shows. I had the most fabulous Bridal Shower thrown for me today!My SIL (via my brother) put together an amazing event at the hotel where she works and my mother and  SIL2B helped.The food was simply delectable and I can not get over how generous the guests were! ♥ Fabulous Moment July,18,2010 ♥

Bitch, bitch, bitch that is all that people around here like to do and the weather gives them something to feed the need to bitch! Weather is something that none of us can control so why let it get to you (unless it is a natural disaster ) seriously! Everyday I overhear people complaining because heaven forbid it is raining or snowing out. We are so blessed here because we only experience mild weather patterns in comparison to the rest of the world, we do not have tsunamis , monsoons , mudslides , severe earthquakes or severe hurricanes! We should consider ourselves blessed instead of bitching!

I want to tell everyone NOT to get a PC account, thanks to them I will always remember the purchase of my wedding band as a stressful experience! I put a substantial amount cash in my account (for our wedding) last week and my debit card was declined. When I called the President's Choice Banking call center they were less than helpful until I was a bitch! They told me they had the money on hold for X amount of days (which is less than convenient)! I was standing there with a ring that was transferred specially for me and needed to buy it that night. When they finally did me a "favour" they warned me it was a "one time thing"! I have never had that issue with Royal Bank!

Looking back at my previous jobs I am so appreciative to work as an Aesthetician   again (since last May) at such a beautiful spa! ♥ Fabulous Moment July,7,2010 ♥

Lately I have not known what type of wine that would be more favorable for my palate.I liked Jacob's Creek Chardonnay until I tried another brand (I can not remember the name) and ever since then I taste a pate flavor when I drink Jacob's Creek Chardonnay.I have also dabbled in a few Pinot Grigios but I find those to be rather acidic.I would drink red wine if it were not for the vinegar notes I pick up on.If you happen upon this post recommend something I can try.

Jason and I got together with a few other people and went uptown in Saint John to partake in Canada Day celebrations, then went to one of our favorite café in Quispamsis for quiche and coffee (I had an iced latte). After all this we met up with our friends again to go to a BBQ. We all headed back uptown to go on the annual haunted ghost walk in our loyalist city and ended the evening with some lovely fireworks! ♥ Fabulous Moment July,1,2010 ♥
