First Birthday As A Mrs.

I have had a fabulous Birthday,my wonderful husband surprised her with tickets to go see one of my favorite comedians Jeremy Hotz (with Frank Spadone, Robert Kelly, Ryan Hamilton and Gina Yashere) at The Imperial Theatre tomorrow night and her mother took her to a lovely lunch at Vivaldi's Restaurant!

Judge Not, Lest She Be Compared

“She's Too Skinny!” “She's Too Fat!” "She shouldn't have cut her hair!” “She should cut her hair!” “She wears too much makeup!” “She needs to wear more makeup!” “She'd be pretty if it weren't for her nose/ears/lips/eyes!” “She hasn't aged well!” “She's clearly had work done!”  Can we please stop judging other women as a way to convince ourselves we're enough. Judging other women does not make us somehow a superior woman. In fact judging other women keeps us comparing ourselves to other women and increasingly leaves us at a deficit the more we do so. End the judgement, End the comparison!

Whip It Baby,Whip It

OMG...I am so totally high from seeing Whip It ,this movie rocks and I am totally in love with it!Drew Barrymore totally hit it out of the park with her directorial debut.This movie is Girl Power done right.I love how there was ample time taken to develop the characters and that they were not one dimensional.The roller derby scenes were so exhilarating!!I do not want to ruin the movie by giving too much away all I can say is SEE IT!!!!!
