Osama Bin Laden Is Dead, Now What?

Osama Bin Laden has been reported as dead this evening. I know it is a time for celebration though, Osama has many minions and he is now the ultimate Martyr! This might have scary ramifications, let us pray not! Say a prayer for the troops tonight!

I'm not sure that I'd agree with the word "celebration", but certainly some measure of relief that the current chapter can be closed.

This is far from over, though. Osama Bin Laden was only one man. The head of a large organization. There will be others stepping up to be the next Bin Laden. I don't think that anyone really expects that killing Bin Laden is the final piece of the puzzle.

Many people only think in the moment an do not consider future results to many things!By the looks of twitter last night it was evident that not many people were thinking about the fact that to his followers he is now a martyr and they might try to avenge his death so to speak.I just hope that his death will not make things worse

Yeah, Twitter has become the new "flash mob"... I can understand their feeling to a point, but I have an image in my mind of when they show a mob of people burning American flags in the streets and shouting "Death to the west" in front of the cameras... it's the same type of mob mentality...

I brought these posts out of the vault in celebration of hubby and I being a couple for 5 blessed years! So Sweet You'll Want To Vomit,Deal With It..lol...

J and I have been told by others that we are that couple that are so sweet it makes them want to vomit and that is alright by me, in fact I am proud of it. Not only do I have the best man ever but he saved my life. During the accident I was unconscious and he held my head above water while he had a freshly broken collar bone. J and I had to experience the horrific what if one of us had died that day *shudders* and that only further solidified our boundless love. Here I sit approximately three and a half years after "J" and I got together with less than a year to our wedding day and I am head over heels. I never knew that I could give my whole heart to someone and have it handled with such care. It is wonderful not to have to protect a piece of my heart at all times! Every day he makes me laugh, he spoils me in little ways and he compliments me all the time! At times I wonder how did I ever get so lucky?
